Hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is close to subway and walkable distance to local restaurants like “T-bar” where you won’t have to deal with tourists and overpriced meals. Breakfast is good and enough to start your day with. Highly recommend.
Staff couldn’t have done any more, breakfast was great and available most of the morning at our convenience. Hotel was really clean and the rooms were very spacious with comfy beds. Good location being a few minute walk from the metro. Don’t be fooled by the exterior the hotel was a great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a great stay.
A very nice and well located hotel. It's in a 5 min walk from the subway 'Basilica San Paolo' and is just next to a grocery store. I found the hotel very clean and i had all the essentials i needed. The breakfast was good although there wasn't that much choice. This hotel is not in the city centre. It's about 10 minutes with the metro. The staff is polite. I would recommend this place.
Very nice hotel. Very modern, very clean, great staff, WiFi really good. Every room has monitoring to front desk so they can see temp and room status, very modern! My only comment is that AC is very mild. We got switched to another room thinking it wasn’t working, but the other room is the same way. I think this is a environmentally friendly hotel as all hallway lights go on and off automatically to save electricity. Perhaps that is why AC doesn’t go below 20 degree celsius. Beds have just a single sheet on bed, so that is good as you still stay cool.
Cozy, quiet and modern room with very good service. The balconies are huge.
Location is perfect as it's not too touristy, but still very close to good restaurants, a supermarket, and the Basilica S. Paolo station on line B of the metro.
Wonderful service! Clean rooms. Great location! It's right near the metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants. Dont be fooled by the exterior. It is a very nice hotel!
Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only gave one star less because there is not much around in the neighborhood. Its in a residential area. However, a few minutes walk takes you to the Metro station.
Turned put to be an excellent location for us. The room is new and we had a view of the basilica. Marco was incredible, he helped us with langiage, directions and lots of info. Really went out of his way. It was much appreciated.
